Not even close to a 4 star hotel. Room smelled weird. Cleaning could have been more thorough. Hotel hallways and elevator were dark and reminded me of The Shining. Elevator had duct tape on it. Was told room service comes every other day. Hard towels

Weird. Circumstance. The lighting in our room kept going off and on...mentioned it at the front desk. We had no use of the outlets near the bed. During the night, the small refrigerator stopped working. We had to throw perishable items out. We did inform the front desk, again, before we left.

The hotel has a restaurant/bar on Thursdays they have a prime rib special. It was awesome Josh was our waiter and gave great service, he checked on us to make sure everything was good several times.
