There was an issue with our room and a roof leak. The staff gave us the option to rebook elsewhere or reduce the rate. They were super apologetic and incredibly responsive to our needs. We opted to stay and while we got a heavy rain for about an hour and there was a leak. All the staff were attentive, apologetic and helpful and kept thanking us for our understanding. Way to handle a situation! Well done!

The staff was amazing, especially those at the check in desk! We appreciated the welcome champagne glass, and the pet friendly-ness of this location. There was a pet drinking fountain just inside the lobby, fresh made cookies on a table, our pets were welcome upstairs on the balcony and the live music was fun. Food on the rooftop was delicious. Hotel room was spacious and clean! Absolutely loved our stay and have already recommended to a few dog-owner friends.
Negatives:
There were no on-site pet relief areas, however there is a huge shaded park about a 5 minute walk away. There were A LOT of homeless people at the park, and a few approached my mom and I while walking our dogs there. They were friendly and we were not overly bothered, however I might be nervous walking there in evening hours (especially if i was alone).
