The front office receptionist was extremely professional and courteous. Our refrigerator wasn’t working and by the time I got back to my room, the engineer was already there! He was also very professional and courteous. Think I will be staying there in the near future

Very comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful and the location was really convenient

No business facilities. I am used to hotels, Marriotts particularly, having business facilities. I needed to access my office folders and had no access to a computer.
No cocktail lounge but that was not a real drawback as the hotel is a mere block or two in any direction from other restaurant/bars. We spent the weekend with family and friends and it would have been nice to be able to use the hotel as a central meeting, lounging point.
That is my only negative.

It was a great stay.
Positives:
It was a beautiful property and perfectly located in walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shop, and if you don’t want to walk there is a free trolley service.
Also, the dining option on the property was had great options, serve, and good quality of food.
Negatives:
I was really disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. There was a big spot on the floor that kinda looked like blood ( not sure what it was), the ottoman had dirt and hair on it, and around the baseboards in the bathroom there was hair and gunk.
For the price I expected better.
