Positives: the location was fantastic. Wonderful staff.

Negatives: We could not get our shower temperature above lukewarm. We learned this the morning of checkout from our 1 night stay but I feel they would have resolved the issue if we found out earlier.

Positives: The service was excellent when I asked her for a room where the sunrise would not wake me up she was very accommodating. Hotel employee was very accommodating.

Negatives: They were doing renovations and the smell of the hotel as soon as I walked in, was very oily, smelling the front desk manager said that they would be soon finished with the renovations.
