Negatives: Shower was lukewarm at best. Need more coffee urns! TV looked new but did not work.

Negatives: The room did not look anything like the pictures on booking.com. We had no lamp on one of the nightstands. No coffee maker. Lampshade was falling off the one lamp we had. The tv was broken. We killed multiple cockroaches in our room. The lady at the front desk was rude and nasty. There was not even any furniture in the lobby as shown on booking.com. We had to go in the parking lot to smoke by the fence which we had no problem doing however the fence was riddled with bullet holes and a few times we went out there were drug deals going on in the parking lot. Someone in the room next to us was smoking pot in their room and the smell of pot was in our room the entire stay. When we complained to the front desk the girl could care less and was rude and nasty to us. Also we couldn’t even get into the pool area with our key card. They locked it and we had to get someone to open it every time we wanted to swim. It was full of algae all the way around the pool on the top edge and one time we went in there was a dirty diaper in the water. The whole place was disgusting. This is the third trip we’ve made and stayed at a days inn since June and all were horrible. I will never stay in a days inn again and I am filing a complaint with booking.com also. There wasn’t even a chair in the room. There was no maid at all. They never made the bed never brought towels and worst of all they never even came to empty the trash cans. No wonder they have roaches!!!

Negatives: Hot room remotes don't work had to move room 3 tunes

Negatives: There were roaches everywhere. The wifi wouldn't stay connected & only like 10 channels were available to watch (when they worked). The TV picture was fuzzy.

Negatives: The room had roaches, and was not a good choice for us. It was not cleaned thoroughly, the a/c was leaking. I was so ready to go home and lie in my own bed.

Negatives: The manager was very rude the breakfast was a joke no coffee for days. No real breakfast

Negatives: I couldn’t get a hot shower after getting off a long day at work

Negatives: Staff who work there drink more coffe the the people it’s for very poor breakfast hot pool and pool dirty I got changed to 2 different rooms and they both was infested with roaches not happy at all nor is my kids.
