Don't ever book with booking.com they did not explain the issues about hurricane and how hotel was under construction and the continal break fast was not there it was a grab and go not hotels fault . They were willing to give us money back but booking.com wanted to charge us a 77.00 fee for cancellation . And charged us at least 10.00 more they are more worried about padding their pockets than their customers

They had no hair dryer, the swimming pool had the filter broken so we couldn't use them, breakfast was just coffe and some nutsbar and juices, there were some bugs in the room... so, since it was almost 120$ for one night, it wasn't good at all

Well, let start with the pictures on booking.com. It looks like they had a pool and a jacuzzi, and they only had a pool. The staff, well, let's start check-in time was 3pm. I arrived a little after that, like 3:10, only to be told that It rooms aren't ready and it will be at least an hour or two, maybe longer. What an inconvenience for me and the family who just drove for four hours in a car. So that meant that we had to take an early dinner after we just had brunch. We were so tired of being cramped up in a car for so long. Otherwise, we would have taken a shower, relaxed, took a shower, and then decided upon dinner. The room seemed pretty clean, but we woke up to bugs in the shower (eeeehhh). So we rode 4 hours to get to the hotel, and then we had to spend an additional 4 hours to decide on what to do while our room gets ready. Oh, by the way, when we wanted to check in for the second time, I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes yelling hello, Hello, Hello, and no one answered I started yelling hello because I needed to use the bathroom rally bad. So will I not recommend this place to anyone. I was also told that they had femme ppl living there too.

All the rooms were smoke infested. Although I requested a non-smoking room, it was still stink of smoke. I had to change rooms because of a non-locking door issue and the room was still smelling of smoke. when I left all my clothes smell of cigarette smoking. For the duration of my time there the room was never cleaned by an attendant.
The clerk at the desk was dismissive of my issue of the door not being able to be locked.
