Had to switch rooms 3 times to get a clean one yet my room had used sanitary napkins in trash n I literally killed 8 roaches in there. We was told pool was closed the duration of my stay yet others were swimming in it the next morning. Horrible horrible service

Don't ever book with booking.com they did not explain the issues about hurricane and how hotel was under construction and the continal break fast was not there it was a grab and go not hotels fault . They were willing to give us money back but booking.com wanted to charge us a 77.00 fee for cancellation . And charged us at least 10.00 more they are more worried about padding their pockets than their customers
