When I got into my room. I didn?t use the microwave the first day. So the next day when I opened it there was a waffle from the previous guest. Indicating that. The room was not cleaned thoroughly before I was given my room

The lady at the desk was not a very nice person. Didn't Even say hello when I was standing there by the desk waiting for help. Plus I'm still waiting for my deposit to come back.

BED BUGS! Its dirty! Honestly I should have asked for a refund as soon as I saw the condition of walkways! I was rushing so I dropped off my items and left. I got back late and just crashed. The next morning is when I woke up itchy and noticed everything

Outside needs cleaned / the so called breakfast was basically non existent! Bagels , cereal and a old coffee machine that looked like it could use a good cleaning

Had an emergency come up in the family and they would not work with us. We paid for three days but only stayed two hours. Spoke to front desk 5 times and they kept saying call on Monday when the manager is in. Called Monday and she was not in.

Website said there was a fitness center. Not yet set up or open, was a primary reason I selected this property.The manager did apologize and made things right.
