The staff is very knowledgeable and the guess was very friendly to each other overall I had a decent stay I will book again with some exceptional changes down below would explain
Negatives:
The walkways are very dirty and unacceptable to be in a nice area of St Pete. Cleanliness around the pool area is unacceptable. Plus room 127 smells bad the AC leaks all over the floor could have slipped and fell several times but I had to put towels down just to be comfortable when getting out of the bed.

I didn’t like anything about it because I wasn’t able to stay, the property said there was no reservation and would not let me in! Meanwhile booking charged me and told me it was confirmed. Tried calling customer service to get a refund and they had me on hold for a hour before I had to hang up.

The pool was dirty and there was trash around the pool. Our floor in the room was warped and coming up. You could feel the springs in the bed. There was a frequent weed smell despite the numerous no smoking signs.

Breakfast was too early. It stopped too early. Location is OK definitely close to 275 but not the best part of town.
Negatives:
The stairs, I have a bad knee I asked for a first floor, but it was taken up. The stairs are hard to do.
