Positives: I didn’t like anything about it because I wasn’t able to stay, the property said there was no reservation and would not let me in! Meanwhile booking charged me and told me it was confirmed. Tried calling customer service to get a refund and they had me on hold for a hour before I had to hang up.

Positives: The location was nice.

Negatives: The pool was dirty and there was trash around the pool. Our floor in the room was warped and coming up. You could feel the springs in the bed. There was a frequent weed smell despite the numerous no smoking signs.
