Poorly sound insulated, lots of noise from other guests. Water was not hot enough for a decent shower. Not even close to the ballpark.

Positives:
Room 320 we were given had bed bugs. We didn't notice till the morning we didn't notice till the morning when we awoke to blood on our sheet where they had bitten us and have video of a live bug crawling. They changed our room and the only compensation we received was 50% off our next booking. I feel our whole stay should've been compensated.
Rooms were spacious & clean otherwise
