The bathtub was black on the bottom, the bathroom door wouldnt shut. All of the towels were stained. The whole floor was filthy and the bed springs were broken. Coffee was terrible.

Bed comfortable, water hot. Bathroom clean. End table had 2 built in USB ports.

Where do I start. TV not working. Returned to front desk, got another room. No Kleenex, no fridge, no microwave, no lotion. One tiny shampoo for 2 people. Very seedy, industrial location. laundry room no supplies. Expensive for what we got. Avoid this.

Roaches. Filthy though they made sure outside was nice. Staff not real cordial. Not one smile felt unwelcome

The BN location of the hotel is good, a lot of shopping and restaurants within a short drive. There is even a Dennys right next to it.
Negatives:
The night shift receptionist was the most disgruntled and rude hotel attendant I have ever deal with. Her attitude towards customers is just uncalled for, I walked into the front end to an empty desk, soon after she came from a door looking very upset.

Plenty! Begged for a remote and blanket for the second bed then begged all day for a battery in the ever beeping smoke detector to be changed then was kicked out in the middle of the night for returning the attitude they gave me.

Ya the fact that every time I tried to explain tha That you guys kept charging my debit card extra money for rooms and when I would try to ask about it I always got pretty much shunned away. Saying there's nothing they could do to help me

King size bed although bedding had burn marks and some stains,the iron was broken and the TV had a vertical.lune going through it...it was still good
