far below my expectations starting with stained sheets, the closet door hit me in the head when I went to open it, it didn't have the proper supports, it had a screw, the TV in the living room didn't work and when I asked in section they informed me that I had to wait until tomorrow for someone to give me a remote control for the TV, loose baseboards, there was no sugar for the coffee in the room or cream, breakfast on the TV, you have to wait for clean dishes and in short, I don't think that $530 for 2 nights was a reasonable price. I think that for future occasions I will look for other alternatives on other portals.

The staff were very nice. There were afternoon snacks served for free and breakfast was good.
Negatives:
It is surrounded by construction and hospitals and quite far from attractions. During the day construction was loud. Also the food places are far away so you will have to DoorDash food. There is no restaurant within the premises.

Location is not ideal.
Positives:
We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice swimming pool. We really appreciated the convenient parking right in front of the hotel and the generous breakfast. The location is also great — just a 15-minute walk to a lively street with plenty of restaurants.
Negatives:
There were a few downsides: the fridge in the room was a bit noisy, and there were no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived. Fortunately, the front desk staff was extremely responsive and quickly resolved the issue.

Our corridor had children running up and down the corridor until 11pm and the corridor smelt of marijuana.Also at breakfast a guests dog urinated up the bin near the food area(not very hygienic)and the y just walked away,another guest stood in it who was with her children a cleaner spotted it and cleaned it up. But really should dogs be allowed near the food.This was not a service dog. And one of our guest room toilets didn't flush

All the areas were very clean! Breakfast was much better than most and the Happy Hour was a great extra! Pool area was clean and nice as was the Fitness Center. The location was so convenient, especially for accessing the USF campus.
