Positives:
The staff were very nice. There were afternoon snacks served for free and breakfast was good.
Negatives:
It is surrounded by construction and hospitals and quite far from attractions. During the day construction was loud. Also the food places are far away so you will have to DoorDash food. There is no restaurant within the premises.

Location is not ideal.
Positives:
We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice swimming pool. We really appreciated the convenient parking right in front of the hotel and the generous breakfast. The location is also great — just a 15-minute walk to a lively street with plenty of restaurants.
Negatives:
There were a few downsides: the fridge in the room was a bit noisy, and there were no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived. Fortunately, the front desk staff was extremely responsive and quickly resolved the issue.

Our corridor had children running up and down the corridor until 11pm and the corridor smelt of marijuana.Also at breakfast a guests dog urinated up the bin near the food area(not very hygienic)and the y just walked away,another guest stood in it who was with her children a cleaner spotted it and cleaned it up. But really should dogs be allowed near the food.This was not a service dog. And one of our guest room toilets didn't flush

All the areas were very clean! Breakfast was much better than most and the Happy Hour was a great extra! Pool area was clean and nice as was the Fitness Center. The location was so convenient, especially for accessing the USF campus.

No one told us it was a long stay hostel!!
It was being used for displaced people, workers,people who had been turfed out of their rented apartments because the owners wanted to do work.
The three washers and dryers were in constant use
The worst thing was that all these people were taking all the breakfast which was included plates piled high and taking the food back to their rooms it was so disgusting that we couldn’t watch them so had to get something out. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR TOURISTS The few that were there on spring break were talking the same.
AND TO ADD INSULT WHEN WE CHECKED OUT EARLY AFTER GIVING 4 DAYS NOTICE BOOKING .Com HAD THE CHEEK TO CHARGE US £133 POUND

Positives:
Breakfast was great, lots of options. Amenities were nice, and to have the option of the pool available even though we didn't use it. Having the kitchenette and full fridge was also a great feature to have. Room was spacious, beds were comfy....Would definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
They don't automatically clean the room and when we requested service after our 2nd night, no one came so we had to get towels from the front desk after arriving back late at night. We didn't have coffee mugs in the room either even though we had a full size coffee maker. Overall some of the staff wasn't the friendliest. Just a smile when we walked by would be nice, just as I said hello and greeted them.
