The location is great! Breakfast was decent.

When I booked a king suite, traveled 5 hours from Michigan to St Petersburg, to get there at 1 am to find there's no parking Valet only at $40 a night. Fine whatever. The kicker was once I checked in got my room keys opened the door to find 2 queen beds. Mind you I booked a King room back in July. Go back to the front desk to get it corrected to be told they can refund me or I can deal with it. Its 1am in a town I have never been. Where we gonna go? Desk lady was rude. Called the coparate number was told since booked threw a third party nothing they can do to correct the situation. Room next door had a dog. Barked all night long. Long story short won't ever be staying here again.

The one time only one staff knocked on my door instead of pressing the Deaf button on the door but overrall, top tier service and no issues besides that! I wish I stayed longer
