Booking.com stated that the hotel provided shuttle service from the airport (SRQ) to the hotel. When we landed at midnight, I called the hotel and they said they haven't provided shuttle service in over two years. While only a ten minute walk to the hotel, it was late, hot, and we were tired from a long day of travel.

I loved the room, everything was very clean. We arrived around 10pm and the host upfront was very very nice. The staff is amazing and very welcoming, even the cleaning staff.

I didnt like that they didnt have free breakfast and that the Starbucks only has coffee, other than that everything else was amazing
