Positives:
The room was very spacious so I didn't feel like I was shuffling by the bed to get from one side of the room to the other side. I also loved that it provided a love seat size sofa so didn't have to sit on bed to have a place to sit.
Negatives:
I didn't care for the bathtub, didn't feel safe getting out of shower, as it was slippery. At my age I prefer walk in shower as I am not trying to lift my leg up over the tub.

Noise all night long- had to complain at 3am about all the people hanging out drinking smoking. Then all over again around 7am same people. Was insane.

Room needs to be updated. Ceiling in the bathroom needs repair, toilet was functional but installed poorly and the seat was loose. Couch and bedding had stains. Kinda gross!

They never refund me and...
Positives:
It was what I expected when I had breakfast I asked the gentleman behind the counter twice if he could put on CNN because we just had an earthquake and he ignored me. I didn’t know if he understood English, of course he did. He just didn’t want to bother.

When I made my reservation, I was very clear letting them know I had a dog very clear when I got there they said oh we don’t see you having the dog with charging you more money that was inappropriate. I was very clear when I made the reservation and I will probably be fighting it with my credit card company on Monday.
