When I went to take a shower, all of the faucets were frozen, and would not turn on
My husband does plumbing and it took him a long time to get it to turn on but the handheld would not work at all
Then the county turned off the water the next day when I try to shower again with soap in my hair and eyes, my husband had to get me out of the shower without either one of us falling

Check in was easy. We were able to get a late checkout (we were waiting to pick up our dog after emergency surgery the night before). Facilities are new and clean. No complaints as far as that goes.
Negatives:
The front desk person was hesitant to allow us to charge a couple of items to the room on the day we were checking out. She wasn't rude, it just seemed unecessary to have an issue with something so simple. The cost was a bit outrageous for one night.
