Negatives: Keys were troublesome, a few big incects. They did offer to change our room.

Negatives: Our room smelled musty

Negatives: Mold on the bathroom walls around the shower. No bathtub. Rooms poorly stocked daily. Property needs updated, carpets, flooring.

Negatives: The room was below our expectations for a Hilton hotel. The room seems in need of a general overhaul. The paint is peeling, the furniture is chipped/faded, there are holes in the curtains and the elevator on our side the building was out of order. The air conditioning was very loud. The shower is incredibly narrow and the carpet in the hallways is in desperate need of replacement. While the booking.com description said the room was 700 sq feet, it did not seem that large to us. (Maybe it was the way the furniture was arranged?). There was very little space between the beds and closet/dresser. Overall, very tired and dated looking. We tried to spend as little time as possible in the room.

Negatives: The grounds are very small, and there is not enough parking to accommodate everyone; the layout of the room made it feel very cramped

Negatives: During a 2 wk stay we had to ask repeatedly to just have our room cleaned just THREE times. Despite understanding the housekeeping staff speak Spanish and being bilingual myself; they acted as if incapable of understanding and thus incapable of communicating when asked if we could empty the trash from our room or obtain clean towels from them. Housekeeping was worse than what I imagine it might be like to be homeless with no running water or clean linens available. Breakfast leftovers inclusive of food, dirty dishes, used napkins were left scattered throughout the property and left unattended or cleaned up well into the later afternoon consistently during our 14 day stay. The front desk never had staff when we sought their assistance except for one time. The stay at this ‘hotel’ was repugnant and almost completely ruined my family vacation that my family has prepared for and saved for a year prior. I have devoted at least 30 hours trying to rectify the damage they have caused inclusive of overcharging us 10,000 dollars US (multiple charges on multiple accounts) and have had it, I’m done devoting my personal time to criminals. They are guilty of fraud and need to be prosecuted … that booking.com associates with them is very disturbing at best.

Negatives: The elevator was out of service. We had to carry everything up the stairs. The room was dirty. The floors were sticky and worst of all… there were bugs. Live bugs. They were mainly in the bathroom. But also in the bedroom. They were crawling around the floors, climbing on the curtains and even found a couple on the bed. We complained to the staff but there was no manager on site at the moment. I was told the manager would call me but they didn’t. This is a disgrace for the Hilton brand.
