Positives:
Very clean and modern facility! Spacious room (king bed and sofa) with water, ice and microwave in every floor. So convenient! Staff was great as well.
Negatives:
The hotel breakfast was below expectations, the second day we chose to eat in a restaurant! The hotel is a little far from the beach and $25/night charge for parking/service is a little expensive (I haven’t seen this policy before checking in to be honest)

Positives:
The room was spacious and comfortable with very tasteful decor. The king bed was very comfortable and the pillows and coverlette were soft and lovely. There was a nice TV and Wifi. Parking was plentiful and we appreciated the electric charging stations for our Tesla. Very Clean!
Negatives:
The only view was a building next door. I thought this was situated on the Sarasota Bay. The ice machine & water were out of order on our 3rd floor. Although we had a mini frig, there was no food counter, sink, microwave or other things that would be available in a kitchenette.

Location and ability to use the shuttle to and from places. It saved me the trouble of finding parking.
Negatives:
I noticed that the cleaning staff was holding the clean towels over the trash bin, and that got me worried for my health and my children’s health. definitely unsanitary. Booking.com advertises the premium queen room has it includes a seating area with a couch in it. but instead we got a single chair look at the pictures provided.

Nice hotel in a GREAT location. I was traveling for work and they offer ample parking (i drive a van which some hotels cannot accommodate).
Negatives:
Both times I have visoted this hotel l, one of the two elevators has broken (same one each time). Also, a slight bit of confusion and awkwardness with my check in because I added a night....but these are both very minor things!
