Negatives: We booked a double bedroom, and they only gave us one towel! No hand towels, no other type of towels! No one was answered the office either when we tried to get more towels.

Negatives: That they have black mold by the acs

Negatives: The bathroom tub was not good to even take a shower. A/C to high to reach

Negatives: The gap at the bottom of my door with no seal the door lock not working the exposed wire in the room the shower head that was barely staying up and the fact that not only was staff rude and blew us off but the shower handle had a electric current running through it that both me and my bf got shocked from

Negatives: No electric outlet in bath area. Heat did not not work properly Shower/tube needs to be remodeled, stains on ceiling and holes. Poor patch job on tiles. All light fixtures in poor condition. Bed sheets old and had holes Bath towels old and soft like a paper bag

Negatives: not enough towels and bath clothes for the whole family

Negatives: Okay well there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom, but I didn’t care about that

Negatives: In the last year and a half, I've stayed there more than a half a dozen visits. Nights would equal a few dozen and never had an issue until I inconvenienced the owners around 8 or 9 pm because my son's sheet and blanket had nasty brown smudges on it. It looked like it was used as toilet paper. When my 12 year old saw it, he wanted to throw up. We asked for the sheets to be changed and as they came from their room in back, I knew this was pointless. At first they didn't want to help because no one was there to change the sheets egregious I said, just give me the sheets and I'll change it. They went searching and only came back with a thin sheet. Where's the thick sheet? "We have no more". Mind you there were dozens of vacant rooms they could have taken it from. And most of those rooms were out of order. I offered my thick blanket to my son and he wouldn't take it. My mom ended up bringing him a blanket as we were there because her father passed away and she had to move there to get his affairs in order. That was the last thing anyone wanted to deal with. The next day we mentioned it to the house keeper. "We'll take care of it no problem". They never showed. This place used to be our home away from home since my grandfather was diagnosed with leukemia and he was right around the corner from the hotel. Now we've found another for when I visit by mom. It angers me how they knew us enough to recognize us and put up in the same room each time but couldn't change sheets on a bed because they may miss part of a TV show or their food may cool down when they help a loyal guest. I'm not stopping here with bad reviews. I'm going everywhere
