Positives:
I liked the staff was friendly and the location was convenient
Negatives:
I didnt like that I had to wait in the crowded lobby for an hour while my reservation was being found. It had been entered backwards last name first/first name last which made it impossible for the front desk man to find bc he was searching by last name. I called booking who was helpful and quickly called to straighten out the situation. The room appeared clean however upon arriving back to hotel post dinner and concert there was a bug crawling on the dresser which was promptly squished.
