Positives: First of all, accommodating us during the busy MLK weekend-bonus points. We had originally booked our stay at Villa 1565, and was disgusted by the room. Hampton Inn St. Augustine saved my family’s trip from terrible disappointment. This hotel was very clean, the staff were exceptional. Greeted genuinely by everyone, especially the front desk. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was so comfortable that we decided to stay another night.

Negatives: The only thing my was the location being a bit further away from the downtown attractions of St. Augustine. Was worth the drive, however since my family considered this hotel exceptional.
