Whole premises was under a mass renovation that we weren't warned about. ALL interior amenities absent. breakfast served was by no means a healthy alternative to the normal options. Beds uncomfortable. No compensation offered for these inconveniences.

The lobby was a mess-dust everywhere.The side doors were never locked--no security! The room was horrible--no lights over the bed--just empty holes. The outlets and USBs weren't working. The shades only went up about 1/4 of the way-No more space to list i

Lobby was in total construction with plastic, caution tape. Construction on every floor. Side doors left unlocked and wide open which let in cold air thruout. Requested room change from 1st to 4th floor. Brown bags given out for continental breakfast.

Construction in the lobby was VERY inconvenient. Yes, I understand that construction must happen for hotels to be updated. I also understand, that guests should be warned about construction prior to checking in.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. We both had a great nights sleep. They are currently renovating and the updates though not complete look very nice.

They are undergoing a renovation. Breakfast was a bag of packaged pastry, water and orange juice. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

I was not expecting this hotel to be under renovation. There was no place to eat or socialize with friends other than in your room. They didnt tell us about the boxed breakfast until the 2nd day. The jackhammer in the lobby was most annoying!

The restaurant, bar, and common areas were all under construction and inaccessible. This was not disclosed when I was making my reservation. Also, in addition to the high tax and fees, I was charged $18/night to park in an unsecured lot.
