Sadly, the hotel that was pictured as World Golf was not the hotel we ended up in- it was a bait and switch. Very unhappy - we paid a premium -but it was already booked at the lesser hotel and we had no recourse. Bad water pressure,old andneded updates.
Negatives:
We did not find out that there was no hot water available until we tried to shower for an event we were attending. We were not notified of this when we registered. We had to bathe off in the sink. Crazy. I understand when things happen but I should have been notified when I registered or even better I should have received a text or call as soon as it occurred so I could make other arrangements. I was give a discount but it was still very uncomfortable.

the associate who checked us in was wonderful, friendly, helpful, and kind. The lake view was wonderful, and the location was remote but beautiful.
