Location location location! Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Negatives:
the room especially the bathroom were very dirty, there was hair from previous guests in shower and corner of bathroom. there was no where to hang towels after shower due to racks being missing/broken in bathroom. Small repairs and attention to details while cleaning would fixed this.

Everything was fine, except that the next day, when I was still staying, the key to the room did not work, we had to leave at 8 am and we could not enter again.
