Many things. 1st, My room had crap in the toilet which was not cleaned. 2nd, the front desk girls were all rude. 3rd, the doors are locked at night and front desk is nowhere to be found. 4th, people walking everywhere when they have the music and bar goin

Great location, Waffle House next door was great for our late night check in after our flight. Would stay again. Loved the third floor balcony to see the gulf!

SECOND time staying here and Ill be back for a THIRD, etc Right across the street from the beach! Great location! Walkable to Johns Passwhich is a really cool spot! And THE best Waffle House in the US is right next door!

The staff never answers the phone. The breakfast bar only has cereal- disgusting cereal at that. I was unaware of the 15$ a day parking fee until I checked in.

The front desk clerks were not very welcoming and friendly. Seemed distracted an hard to focus on one thing at a time. They were respectful and did there job correctly.

Great location and nice rooms. The staff was excellent.

It got quite cold and we needed to heat the room. Unfortunately the heat was not working. The staff got us moved to a room with heat with no issues. They did a great job and were very friendly and helpful.
