Pleasantly surprised at the great little view we had being across from the beach and cute little patio! Everything close by, Waffle House and Dunkin Donuts anchored on each side of hotel and even though we didn't go in the pool, it was kept very clean!

This hotel is a gem in the rough when it comes to location - it is literally across the street to the gulf! The sunset views were breathtaking! It was within walking distance of everything we needed!
Negatives:
The staff - although they tried, a lot of what we heard were excuses - "we just took over", "we just bought the place and are working on things". When we checked in, the front desk staff was less than pleasant or helpful. Upon returning home, we found a charge on our credit card from the hotel. When we called, they told us it was a parking fee - we didn't drive!!! We arrived via Uber. It gets better - they wouldn't reimburse us and told us to call our credit card company. We will NOT be back to this hotel.

Booked online and paid for two days in advance. Had to pay pet fee,parking fee and another fee adding up to a lot more money! They or bookings.com would not give us our money back so we had no choice but to pay the fees and stay. Staff and management were extremely rude and was talking about us to other customers right in front of us. Very unprofessional and rude!!
Had to pay a fee for a 6lb dog, but the grass was way too long for her to go to the bathroom outside the room! It was WAY over due for a mowing!
Will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone!!

They are apparently under new management. I booked a 2 bed room and upon arrival I received a king bed for 4 people. I was told by the manager rooms are given out on a 1st come 1st serve not what you book. I have always stayed here, sometimes 2 to 3 times a year. No more, I will find somewhere else to stay. We tried to check in at 3 and was told 430, we came back after eating at 530 to this mess. No compensation or anything. We were 3 hrs from home and not much we could do, go buy air mattresses.
