Positives:
Location was amazing, walk across the street to the beach. Place a cute sea side bar!! Everyone was friendly. Had a broken outside balcony table when arrived but other than that had a great time.

Filth!
- Dirty dusty floors in the rooms! My child walked and her feet were immediately dark!
- Stained yellow spots towels! Unbelievable!
- Bathroom was dirty, cabinets had dirty spots.
- Broken refrigerator panel in which you can’t even place anything as it falls. Refrigerator barely working. Doesn’t cool much.
Apart of filth, the Main complaint is the receptionist (morning of 23d march,2024 shift, whatever her name is) with attitude not really care to help, rolling eyes on the retired gentleman, who was asking for assistance.
Elevator was down and receptionist didn’t even bother to program room key properly, and made me walk several times back and forth from the 2nd floor, instead of call someone to help fix this, while my disabled veteran was waiting for all of this mess to be fixed! Unbelievable attitude in the hotel business!
Snack area was out of almost everything and messy disorganized!
