Tylor, the young man on reception the night we booked in. Reception was heaving with people trying to check-in, people who were already staying there whose room cards didn't work, people who had booked but the system said they had no booking. How he remained calm is a miracle.
Negatives:
Our booking was supposed to include breakfast, none provided. The room cards worked intermittently. The room wasn't cleaned in 9 days, no fresh towels. Water kept going off or was cold. Toilet cistern didn't refill automatically, had to do it manually most times, the pool wasn't open on some days then when it was there were no sun loungers.

It was awful. We lost our home. We reserve with booking, we arrive there tired at night they said they didn’t have any rooms ready. However they cancel our reservation with Booking and said they only could help us by booking direct with them. Then without our permission and in front of us in reception cancel our booking. Did one direct with them and told us it was our lucky day. Gave us the same room we booked with booking and charged us much more.
I was too tired to argue. The next day I told them that was price gouging and that I was going to report them. They asked me to leave. I didn’t.
Place didn’t have a remote control, no a piece of paper or pen, air conditioner water leaked under beds, room all wet, smells bad. Terrible experience.

Outlets didn’t work. Couldn’t charge phone and other devices. We came there because treasure island had no power at all. Stated they offered breakfast. Sign at the front desk the next morning states no breakfast. Was informed they didn’t get their truck last week. I checked out that morning

Booked same day. Came to town for a funeral and wasn’t sure we could make it due to storm. Relatively clean and had power and ac! Glad to find a room last minute and after a storm.
