Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Clean room, quiet. Shower “sang” at times but worked well. Staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! Kudos to the kitchen crew! Pool area was adequate.
Negatives:
The outdoor pool area tables and chairs needed some cleaning. Lighting issues in the room, poor lighting in kitchen area. Light on microwave not working and light on desk not working. Lots of sirens at that location.

The Hotel is in a good location, central to all in Saint Petersburg.
Negatives:
When I arrived, I was advised my room (booked and confirmed 2 months earlier) was given away! I was told that Booking.com was to blamer by the front desk staff... But learned later that booking booked and also received confirmation on my room 2 months earlier. Our room was given away so the hotel could sell at a higher rate for a baseball game going on that weekend. The room we were given was substandard at best and had no coffee cups or dishes available to use. Some dishes were in the dishwasher but were still dirty and was only a few things ... Breakfast was a disaster, no clean plates or coffee available on the morning we went down to try. Poor service overall.

Breakfast was a great variety and wonderful choices .
It was very thoughtful and made such an impression that afternoon snacks were set out for the swimmers competing that week.
There was also a cooler of ice provided , which was phenomenal.

We asked for early check in at noon. They said it wasn’t ready., we said fine we’ll go eat. They called to say it was ready , but it really didn’t look that clean.
Also the toilet was actually loose from the floor and rocked. And it was hard to get room cleaned

Front desk staff was great, when we arrived at our room none of the lights worked, she came up and figured out that a fuse had blown and was able to reset it for us. I have never had this happened before in a hotel. We had a dog with us and the area for us to walk our dog was close.
Negatives:
While I felt our room was pretty clean, there were just stains everywhere, from the draperies to the carpet to the couch. Everything needs a facelift. Our linens on the bed and bathroom were free of stains.
