The beach area was the best part about our stay. Zion and his team out there really care and help you with any needs, nothing to compare with the hotel staff!
Negatives:
Customer Service was horrible and not helpful. The tub in my room wouldn't drain, there was roaches, the elevator got stuck on us once and every time you stopped on a floor the team members would try to shove people in the elevators like sardines good thing it's not covid season! Just horrible definitely would not stay here again!

It was a very relaxing...

Property is still under renovation. The pool was great, a little too heated for me. The bedroom and hallways still need some work they are outdated. We had a hard time figuring out shower. We called the front desk and they said they would said someone but after 20 minutes we had to find two maids on the floor to help us.
Negatives:
The front desk was not very friendly. When I had questions about check in and the list of rules they made me sign, she was more worried about talking/flirting with other coworkers and making sure I put my credit card in the machine then answering my questions. Someone/manager had to step in to stop her from getting loud with me and they were able to answer my questions.

The location. There was several dining options a few blocks away after I discovered Kitchen 305 was closed.

No restaurants on the premises. My key did not work. I had to go back to the front desk several times to have my key rekeyed.

The location - right on the beach, was superb! Great partial ocean view from the balcony. Very reasonably priced for the location compared to other hotels in the area.
