Between Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Apr 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Apr 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 20, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: The location. There was several dining options a few blocks away after I discovered Kitchen 305 was closed.

Negatives: No restaurants on the premises. My key did not work. I had to go back to the front desk several times to have my key rekeyed.

Positives: The location - right on the beach, was superb! Great partial ocean view from the balcony. Very reasonably priced for the location compared to other hotels in the area.

Negatives: The rooms are definitely dated, but not bad enough to keep me from coming back!

Positives: The location was great. The staff was pretty good. The prices were expected from a resort.

Negatives: There was insane noise on our floor until 3am. After repeated attempts to call security to quiet the unruly patrons down...it did not happen. The manager said he would credit me back some of the money but I haven't seen anything yet. Probably wont go back

Negatives: There was problem with wi-fi connection in the room and in the lobby too which was very important for me because I had work to do online, unfortunatelly crew didn't helped me at all with my problem. Had to look for the connection outside the hotel. :(

Positives: It would really really be nice if you got all new carpet throughout or did flooring in the rooms due to sand and it just looks worn and old. Also the gym equipment especially the pelaton was disappointing I didn't even use it bc the seat wouldn't adjust and I bike daily so inwas bummed but the pool was awesome access to the beach was amazing and the bar was really great too.
