The door would not lock. Top hinge not screwed tight. Screws appeared to be stripped. Reported no less than three times. Finally lifted the door upwards by the handle and it would lock. Hard to oped as the door rubbed on the frame. poor maintenance

Pull out couch was broken Had to sleep on a broken bed, which then changed the next day for me. But never gave us pillows and blankets for the bed There was three of us, so we needed that bed

First night arrival was late, but next morning, we requested a fix to the A/C. We cited it was only blowing tan with no A/C and requested it be repaired while we were out. Again another late return, but A/C NOT FIXED. Will not rent that room again.
