No extra towels, no bars in shower even in handicap accessible room, piece of furniture on wall fell off, coffee pot didn't work, ac didn't work, tv didn't work. Had 2 rooms for family, my parents had to change room 4 times. My Mom couldn't shower because no accessible rooms with shower only and nothing to hold onto. She uses a walker and couldn't lift her legs over the tub to shower, probably an OSHA violation. My Mom was in the restroom when piece fell off the wall, otherwise she could have been seriously injured if she was in bed at the time. Would not recommend that place and definitely would not stay there again. It advertised free hot breakfast and the only option was cereal with milk. They had creamer and sugar, but no coffee in lobby. Don't waste your money, even at a bargain price it definitely is not worth it!!

Ground floor room in a visible area.
Negatives:
Didn't feel safe. Originally was given a room on the back row, 2nd floor...looking at the woods. Asked to be moved, they did. While taking a shower, someone tried to get in my room, lucky the safety bar worked. Did not stay Saturday night as planned.
Negatives:
There is no way this a 3 star hotel!! It is in major need of cleaning AND repairs. The breakfast was non existent, literally no food, only empty containers. No ice machine. If I saw it before booking, there's no way I would've picked it.

It was absolutely horrible. Found drugs, on the elevator, dirty bathroom, toilet didn't flush, not bath towels wash cloths, soap. Front deak didn't care and GM not available to complain. Even your rep didn't care. Will never use either again.
