I did not like anything about it. The service was not nice.

I did not like anything first of all I had to speak to the worker through a glass. When we went to the room it was not smelling good at all. Smell like mole. All of us nose started to bother us and even our throat. We immediately went to the front desk to check out she said she cannot do it I would have to come in the morning to speak to manager. The next day I came the manager told me she was informed. She was waiting on me she said she would charge for one night. I did not make a fuss but I find she should not charge cause I didn’t even stay 5 minutes in the room. When I check my account I am seeing two payments off 139,50 $ doubled. I am hoping I can get back all my money This is not fair.i am reaching out to booking.com to return my funds. I never had an experience like this before with booking.com.

Had a pretty bad experience, the room felt dirty and humid. The shower in the bathroom felt like it was in construction.

Positives:
We had to find a hotel quick because the one we booked at NO water. The room was HOT and musty, but I had a long week working at my home office in Philadelphia and had a rough flight back to Tampa. We had driven from the airport straight to Tallahassee for a tournament that our grandson was in and dang exhausted. I booked the closet to the other hotel that had NO hot water. The front desk staff was awesome, the bed was decent, and the hotel was quiet and served its purpose for our one night.
