Staff was very unhelpful. I understand checkin time is at 3 pm but in all my years of staying in a hotel I NEVER had to wait until 3:00 pm to check in. I arrived at 2:00 pm and had a graduation at 3:00 pm the front desk clerk said you cant check in until 3 I asked were there any possibility I can check in early i just drive 5 hours and me and my kids need to change and leave back out. She went to the back to ask and you hear the rudeness from the person saying no. So me and my kids had to get dressed in the bathroom in the lobby. Ridiculous and horrible customer service and care for the guest.

Location was far from the interstate. Furniture was worn out. Coffee maker in the room didnt work. The cost of breakfast was ridiculous especially when most hotels have complimentary breakfast. There were only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel.
