Negatives: pillows were awful water pressure in shower was poor

Negatives: There was no way to access the front door at night without a key card or front desk letting you in. The gym needs a deep cleaning. The smell was diabolical!

Negatives: The property staff informed me that after driving 4hours and attending events until 3:30pm, I arrive at the hotel around 3:50 and my room wasn’t ready. The front desk lady let me know this once I arrived and was ready to check in. I was extremely upset and asked why? she let me know the cleaning lady hadn’t cleaned the first floor room but did have a fourth floor. I let her know I’d take that one desperately. She then rebutted and said but because you have a dog it has to be the first floor. Which didn’t make sense to me because if I booked a room and noted that I wanted a first room floor and the hotel is open at around 8/10am and arrived 5-7 hours later the room should’ve been ready. To further the situation I had to go back to my car and wait an hour before I was able to check in. Within the hour time span I let her know I would like to speak with a manager, she responded with, “there isn’t one.” I said “ok, could you point me in the right direction to request a refund. Her responses was, “I can’t give you a refund without a manager, and because you booked under booking.com i could only give you credits. I felt that this was inconsiderate and un empathetic to knowing the hotel was at fault for being under prepared for there guest. In addition to the situation I go into the hotel and it smelled like bleach, your would think this meant the room was clean. Nope! There was POOP STREAKS in the toilet and the showers were disgusting and had dirt STAINS, there was also what looked like THROW UP residue in the sink. It essentially looked like the cleaning person came in wiped down and straightened up to make the room “look nice.” Might I add, the queens suite which had a sink had the worse stench coming from it. Overall After dealing with a situation like this it utterly makes me never want to deal with a third party site or this hotel again.

Negatives: A/C unit didn't work properly room very hot shouldn't have to notify anyone if there's a problem because if they did there' job correctly the problem would have been fixed

Negatives: Not clean

Negatives: Upon arrival there were at least 6 people smoking as you walk in the front door of the hotel. We checked in (associate was not friendly and said nothing to my husband and just shoved the keys at him) He did not mention anything about changing the room that we booked online. We booked a 2 bed queen suite that had a pull-out couch so that we would have adequate room. We got to the room to find that there was only one queen bed and a pull-out couch. I called the front desk and he told me that because I booked through a 3rd party they did not have to give me the 2 queen beds that I paid for and expected. If I had known this I would have went elsewhere. I asked if he had other rooms available and I would pay the difference because I needed to have a place for my kids to sleep comfortably. He said there was no other rooms available and there was nothing he could do, again because I had 3rd party booking. Since the room was non-refundable we had to make due. I decided to make the kids some popcorn. The microwave was broken. I called down to the front desk and the same associate told me that there was nothing he could do about that because the maintenance person was not there. In this large hotel, on a 4th of July holiday weekend on a Friday night, there was not one person on call to fix things in the hotel. Ok. I told him that also, the A/C wasn't working well and we had been there over an hour and it was still about 80 degrees. He said there was nothing he could do and that the A/C takes time to get up to temperature. It never did. I went to pull out the couch for the kids and found a prescription pill bottle in plain sight that was left from pervious guests. Having small children this is unacceptable. The pull-out couch was broken and the mattress had dried blood on it. I had to prop it up for the kids to be able to lay down. There were public hairs in the shower. I had to kill a German cockroach in the kitchen area. I will never stay here again. EVER.

Negatives: Breakfast/The Room

Negatives: There were ants crawling all over the counter. I called the front desk and the guy up front stated that it was nothing he could do because he was the only one there. The tub was nasty and the outside of the refrigerator was nasty as well! The bed was hard and made a loud squeaky noise every time you sat on it or laid in it.

Negatives: Roaches in the room. Customer service was absolute poor. No ac in the hallway of the 4th floor.
