I liked the room floor plan and breakfast.

But the heating/ac unit in the first room was not working so I had to change rooms. Unfortunately Samantha put my new room location right in the middle of a bunch of rooms occupied by a high school basketball team. Doors slammed most of the evening up to midnight and there was a considerable amount of yelling and banging noises. I called Samantha 4 times to complain but did not see anything improve. I should not have been assigned a room on the same floor as the basketball team. Probably will never stay at this hotel again.

The exterior lighting in the front of the hotel the entire parking lot did not operate, making it very unsafe for anyone going outdoors during the evening. Ive reported this and I hope they will fix it.

Extra pillows and blankets had been previously used. Bathroom was in disrepair and tile was falling off the wall

The elevators were slow and one eventually gave out. Not a big deal although you may want to check them out.

I liked the front desk staff and the fact that the key card was required in the elevator

Of if the breakfast staff members gave a little bit of an attitude when I asked her what kind of meat was in the breakfast sandwich, and again when I let them know that the coffee urn was out of coffee. There was also a half full coka cola bottle in the fridge when we got in our room, like they didn’t clean everything. We did hear noises from the room above, but that didn’t bother me as much as the coka cola bottle that was left in the fridge, or the rude breakfast staff member.

Room was barely cleaned. Maid service let themselves in around 10am without knocking and I was getting dressed while my husband was still in bed. I asked why and she said “making my rounds”
Without knocking???? This is not ok, I called the desk and she acted like it wasn’t a very big problem
