We had to evacuate from our home during hurricane Helene and decided last minute to stay at red roof but during our stay The room I was given had another guest staying there so we had to wait an extra hour or 2 for another room..
Then when we got to the new room that was given to us the sheets was dirty(have photos) with stains on them. The beds were uncomfortable to sleep on

Peeling ceiling paint, left behind used face towel in bathroom on shower, shower dispenser not installed, huge urine stain on mattress, black stains on mattress indicative of bed bugs, loud ac unit and bathroom light. Had to sleep all night in chair.

When we went to check in, no one was in the office. It was lit up and we saw personal items behind the desk so someone was working. The door was locked. Another guest had to go look for the person. Then the bed was terrible. It was springy feeling and the sides were higher than the center. The door had a tissue stuffed in the peephole and there was some type of red coloring on one of the ceiling lights.
