When we got there we were charged twice. Then we were given the key to someone elses room and almost gave the old lady a heart attack. When they moved us to a new room there were roaches on the walls theres more will send another review.

They had a baby roach in the room, stains all over the sheets and towels and the shower knob, toilet seat and bathroom door knob were all broken and swinging around.

The customer service was excellent. The Front desk agent was extremely pleasant coming and going. The room was above my expectations. The outside areas were well manicured and clean. It was quiet and I felt safe.
Negatives:
The only vice I had was the rooms did not have a coffee maker or fridge.
