Positives:
The room didn’t smell musky or like smoke the price was good the front desk guy was friendly
Negatives:
Lack of hot water the bed was like sleeping on wood there were bugs in the room and also hard time getting into the room first night second night or key card didn’t word and there were some sketchy people in the front office getting replacement key cards not knowing who the room was check in by gave the front guy quest room number and 2 names then the front desk guy said could be under this name and the guy agreed that was it and gave him a key card

The receptionist was kind, he got an iron & ironing board for me.
Negatives:
The room was decent for cost. We saw two insects, no hair dryer, iron & ironing board, stain bed linen, dirty coffee pot, low in both hand soap & shower dispenser. The room phone didn't work nor did the front desk answer the 3xs I called, but receptiontist stated phone never rang.

I was a single female traveler. So I am always worried when booking online but I was not disappointed. This hotel was reasonable and I felt safe. The bed was good room was clean no carpet in room I stayed in Great location almost next to Krispy Cream

Room was old and not like the pictures on your website.
The shower head was clogged with calcium buildup.
The mattress was a brick.
The pillows were hard and flat.
The shower knob was to hard for my wife to turn on.
The parking lot in front of my room was always full where I had to park on the other side of the building.
That was supposed to be a hair dryer in the room so my wife did not bring hers,
There was not one in the room her hair is 3 ft long.
There was a small amount of mold on the shower wall.
I waited to complain until after checking out for fear of them not refunding my security deposit.
Which takes 3-5 business days.
