Negatives: it wasn’t clean , the bathtub was dirty couldn’t even take a shower had to give my kids a wash off ! the floor was dirty & looked like it wasn’t swept at all! me & my family felt very uncomfortable

Negatives: Very dirty and unsanitary to stay at.

Negatives: Room was dirty..left property and was charged.

Negatives: Parking lot did not feel safe without lights. Room floor cleaner used felt a little sticky. Prices were expensive

Negatives: It was dirty and run down. The wall of our bathroom was covered in mold (pictures attached) and there were hairs in the shower. The lobby was on the second floor but you could only access the elevator from the first floor so you had to walk up/down steps with your luggage to get to the elevator. Also, during one night of our stay all of the lights were out in part of the parking lot so we had to park and leave our car in complete darkness, and walk in the dark to the entrance.

Negatives: floors in room need updating and table wobbly

Negatives: The hallway looked horrible with the sides looking dirty. The hallway was extremely hot. The refrigerator has difficulty cooling down. There was no microwave as had been advertised. Breakfast was very picked over and almost non-existent even though the time for breakfast was still relevant. The beds were so high it was difficult getting on them. There was no ice bucket. The front desk provided a plastic bag to hold ice but the ice machine had virtually no ice. I thought I had reserved a room that was a bit above the standard but the room was very crowded. Furnishings were other than beds poor condition. We had to go in search of more toilet tissue. The bed was comfortable. Whoever slept next to the window froze as a/c blew on that person while cooling down the other bed.

Negatives: Where to begin: Let's start having to change rooms 2 times. Room 1: The A.C. was not working Room 2: There was black stuff all over the wall by the bed (maybe mold? Who knows but I took pictures). While waiting at the front desk to address this and show the picture that I took, the receptionist was on the phone with another customer discussing about moving them to another room. So apparently this is a "thing" with this hotel. Room 3: The remote didn't work, the bathtub was filthy. However, being that I NEEDED to shower from sweating being in the heat all day, it was discovered that the tub drain was extremely slow to drain. Which leads me to believe the reason WHY the tub was so filthy. Let's just say the dirt from MY shower was added to the filth. The floors in each of the rooms that I was put in was FILTHY. Let's just say I wore shoes my entire time there (even stepping out of the shower). The hallway carpet on the 3rd floor is disgusting. And the parking lot on the side of the hotel has so much trash. The elevators are disgusting. The money that I paid was upsetting. I will NEVER stay here again. The hotel is really old and worn and really needs to be condemned.

Negatives: The bathrooms and carpets need to be replaced.

Negatives: Hotel is showing its age. The options for breakfast were poor.

Negatives: Crickets & roaches in room, a/c broke & very high humidity with a dehumidifier in room already, floors were very wet & filthy in room, fridge did not cool, not enough towels, toilet seat broken and slipped off when sitting on seat
