I loved the location and the decor

I didn’t like the way everything in the lobby looked so empty. Also I was given a wheelchair accessible room when I didn’t request that. The shower was very awkward and unpleasant and when I tried contacting the staff to help, they never answered the phone. When I later got a hold of someone they told me they couldn’t help me. There were a lot of essentials I thought we would have that were not available to us in the room such as a blow dryer or an iron, and lotion.
