Staff was not friendly, had issues at check-in. Never had towels at the pool. Ridiculous fire alarm went off at 1 am. No way of telling people it was a false alarm. Coffee machine was out of order the whole time. No conditioner in the shower.

Nice outdoor pool with lovely view of the water. Very spacious room. Friendly staff. Nice food. Very quiet hotel. Helpful staff, particularly Paul the transport manager. Ideal peaceful location between downtown and the beaches to the west.
