I got bed bugs from this place. Im suffering with painful itchy bites all over my body. The room was dirty and sinks were clogged. Other guests were up screaming and yelling all night and I didnt get any sleep. Called twice now for manager no response.

The hotel had roaches, the housekeeper did not clean my room until the day before we were checking out. The ice machine, and soda machine had rust and couldn't use it. I had to go to office everyday for toilet paper and towels and rags.Very unacceptable.

The room wasn't ready and we had call at noon and arrived at 5 pm. For a reservation made with five months in advance is unacceptable. We choose the hotel because it was waking distance to the Raymund J. Stadium. The event about to start at 6 pm..
