Positives:
Midtown location good for our purposes. Nearby shopping and restaurants. Valet parking efficient.
Negatives:
Our room was not ready upon arrival. After an hour wait, we had to see the manager to demand a room.
The flat sink in the bathrooms is impractical. Water splashes everywhere.
The quality of included breakfast was disappointing; it was mediocre. Food served on 6" paper dishes, so over-easy eggs absorbed into cardboard immediately. Yogurt/fruit bar looked unsanitary. Stir-fried veggies looked brown & unappetizing.

Pretty much everything!!! From the moment we arrive we were treated very well by the staff, and the place is really nice. Rooms are comfortable, stress free checking in and out and the complimentary breakfast was a good way to start the day.
Negatives:
Pool was out of service... We would've love to enjoy it.

Positives:
Location was ideal. Lots of shopping and restaurants just outside the hotel. Very close to Raymond James Stadium. Included breakfast was pretty good. Rooftop bar and restaurant was very nice. Room was equipped with amenities galore.
Negatives:
The parking situation was not good. Valet is $35 nightly versus self park is $29 nightly. The line for valet wrapped around the corner and check in took forever as a result. The lobby is on the 6th floor, above most of the rooms, which was odd. Room could have been a bit cleaner.

Positives:
The staff was great, but there was no direction given on how to operate the elevator, where the valet was located the next day, or that I needed to call for my car prior to leaving. More info needs to be provided when checking in.

Such little information about the place and the surrounding entertainment/restaurants.
