Conveniently located to Busch Gardens. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

It was cold in the lobby. The heat had just been activated and not had enough time to warm up. Also the fan in the room is loud and seems to run all the time. We also were charged $27 for parking in the hotel parking lot.

My recent stay at the Embassy Suites was very disappointing. I made my reservation about an hour before arriving, yet the front desk had trouble locating it. What should have been a simple check-in turned into 25–30 minutes of waiting while the reservationist struggled to find my booking.
When we finally made it to our room, #420, the experience went from frustrating to unacceptable. The room was extremely dusty, the air felt heavy and unclean, and it was clear the space had not been properly maintained. The first night was uncomfortable because of how dirty the room felt, and by the second night, we were so dissatisfied that we checked out early and left.
From the condition of the room to the overall lack of cleanliness, this stay fell far below expectations. It genuinely felt like a room that had been closed off for a long time—dusty furniture, uncomfortable bedding, and an overall unpleasant environment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.
