Positives: Check in process is always terrible. I book your 2 bedroom yearly for my husband and child to go to NYY Spring training. I won’t be booking next year. The aggravation isn’t work my time. I pre pay and fill out the credit card form ahead of time so checkin is smooth. Your staff fails every year.

Positives: Loved the property and location. The breakfast was outstanding! The omelet chef was so skilled at creating the perfect omelet and managing the crush of hungry guests. Bartenders and restaurant staff fabulous. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle was a very convenient feature.

Negatives: Some issues with bathroom sink drain ; broken electrical outletin kitchen so needed to move coffee pot to living area. Housekeeping staff appeared to be very new to job. We requested just towel replacement and trash pick up No trash bags or baskets in room for trash. Fortunately, i had brought some small trash bags .Language difficulties with staff… with them understanding supply requst for coffee; tissues and toilet paper.Should try to open bar before 4 pm . We arrived before.checkin and would have enjoyed a drink and a bite to eat at the hotel while waiting for our rooms
