Negatives: No shuttle, no hot water, no food after 9, flies everywhere by fruit for breakfast, people loud all night next to our room.

Positives: The proximity to local restaurants. We arrived without a car so had to walk.
Negatives: There was no airport shuttle, no welcome reception and no buffet breakfast. They offered a frozen bagel and a juice in a bag. The room was horrible, we ended up going to a different hotel the next day. The carpet was sticky in certain spots.

Positives: Room cleanliness and COVID-19 sanitizing was excellent. The room was sealed (seal tape across the door) upon my arrival telling me that it had not bee entered after sanitizing. The room was quiet and comfortable and had everything I needed to succeed.
